The intention
“Ink is a completely abstract scent; it is a combination of animalic and mineral notes. There is also the velvety texture of the paper through floral notes of violet wood and mimosa. I created the ink accord by combining cool and dark mineral notes with animalic, honeyed notes. I wanted this accord to convey the pure elegance of calligraphy with ink.”
